Cancellations within 48hrs of appointment time will be subject to a 50% charge.
No show appointments will be charged at 75% of booking price.
I am a small business and rely on people coming in for their appointments, last minute cancelations and no shows cost me not only the time that could have been given to someone else, but money I will have lost due to no being able to fill spaces.
